Not just Florean Fortescue, but also Ollivander. Fortescue was a headmaster at Hogwarts, so I think its his descendent, probably Ravenclaw, that Florean's missing. Either Dumbledore told them to go into hiding or kidnapped by Voldemort. The wandmaker's disappearance also is strange.
